Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://valinremodeling.com (the “Site”), operated by VALINTIM CORP (“we,” “us” or “our”). By using the Site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

VALINTIM CORP is a Florida corporation (document number P24000011461) with its principal address at 2917 River Run Way, Bradenton, FL 34208. Valin Remodeling is the brand name under which it provides flooring, painting and finish work services in Bradenton and nearby communities in Manatee County, Florida.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this website, to submit a request, and to opt in to either of our text messaging programs.

3. Estimates and pricing

  • Requests submitted through the Site are requests for an estimate. They are not a contract and do not reserve a date.
  • We walk and measure the rooms with you, then give you the estimate in writing: the price, the material and the scope. Any figure discussed before that walkthrough is approximate.
  • The validity period of an estimate is stated on the estimate.
  • Some conditions can only be seen once the old floor is out, such as moisture or uneven spots in the slab, a damaged subfloor or hidden material. How a change in scope or price is handled is set out in your written estimate and contract.

4. Scope of our services

We install luxury vinyl plank, laminate, hardwood and tile floors; take out old floors and prep the slab or subfloor; and install baseboards, trim and interior doors. We also do interior and exterior painting and drywall repair and finishing. Estimates requested through this Site cover only the services listed above. Plumbing, electrical and structural work are not offered through this Site and are not included in those estimates.

5. Your right to cancel

Under Florida Statute 501.025, you may cancel a home solicitation sale at any time before midnight of the third business day after the date of the transaction.

6. Text messaging

Our two text messaging programs are described in full in our Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab). In short: each program is optional and separate, message frequency varies, Msg & data rates may apply, you can reply STOP to any message to stop all text messages from us or HELP for help, and consent is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Use of the Site

You agree not to use the Site to submit false information, to interfere with its operation, to attempt unauthorized access, or for any unlawful purpose. All content on the Site, including text, photographs of our work, and our name and logo, belongs to us and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

8. Photographs

Photographs in the "Our work" and "About" sections of the home page show work performed by VALINTIM CORP, as described in each caption. Results shown depend on the condition of the property, the products selected and the scope agreed, and do not promise a specific outcome on your property. All other images on this Site are illustrations and do not show our work.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is.” We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that the information on it is complete or current. Nothing on the Site is a promise about workmanship; the terms that apply to your job are the ones stated in your written contract.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability arising out of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars. Nothing in these Terms limits our obligations under a signed work contract with you.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Manatee County, Florida.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version posted on this page, with the “Last updated” date above, is the version that applies.
